Problem.

Manoj Prithiani, owner of DHM Estates in Mumbai, has had a powerful presence in the South Mumbai real estate market since 1994. Over the years, there has been an expansion of the UAE real estate market, where many Indians have been purchasing real estate in UAE, mainly in the Dubai region. For this now Manoj needed a name that is different and works well for the local as well as international clients.

Solution.

We have known Manoj for over the years and knew what he could like. He was more keen on a suggestive name that tells you what it means, Skymakers conveyed the message for them. This name not only sounded sophisticated and aspirational but made them set a strong presence in the competitive market of UAE.
